Hi, I’m Susanne, the founder of PurestLife.
I created this consultancy to redefine how we bring wellness to life - not just through beautiful experiences, but through the thoughtful design of the systems and structures that sustain them.
Rooted in empathy, innovation, and authenticity, my work focuses on building operational foundations that allow wellness concepts to thrive with clarity, intention, and excellence.
With over 20 years of experience in wellness and project management, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of the world’s most iconic hospitality and wellness destinations. From supporting the pre-opening of a nature-immersive wellness retreat in the Maldives to directing the wellness operation at a prestigious private members’ club in Abu Dhabi, my career has been a journey of designing regenerative spaces and purposeful processes
behind the scenes.
I’ve collaborated with esteemed brands like Six Senses, Corinthia Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, JOALI BEING, Ele-na Spa and Healing Hotels of the World, deepening my expertise in spa operations, SOP development, and innovative wellness programming that supports both guest experience and team wellbeing.
